Made this with the heartsgalore.ttf dingbat file. Charset done in PHP TTF File I transparent the center.  I composite a gradient circle over the image. Then composite the cutout over that. Transparent the black around it. Take it to effects. Gaussian blur 10x10 Back to effects to regular blurr 10x10. Output and save. |
