Take the black 400x400 background to a
"ImageMagick" of your choice. Composite the heart "over" "center" |

In paint set the "Fuzz" to 11111 Floodfill "Matte" Erase the "none" and "none" from the text boxes Click on the center to transparent the center of the heart. Now save this image |

Take the picture you want to put in the center of the heart to ImageMagick and "composite" it "Over" "Center" the black 400x400 background image 1.). Now resize to 300 by erasing the 400x400 in the textbox and typing in 300. Select "scale". Then click on resize. |

In Paint I color the black background with #6E808F to fill in the background color for this image to match.
