Name Tag Time Saving Tip |
Once you make the base tag from an alphabet or annotated text like this one. Base Tag You save that, make several of them if you like. Then composite your image for the name tag on one of your base tags. BOOM BANG your tag is done! ...:::NOTE:::.. If you make a base tag with animation you may run into problems depending on the animation. You will just have to experiment. Same thing with compositing an animated image on your base tag. |
Changing Color Questions |
Color not right on the base tag? Change it first. Then composite your image on it. Need some help with color? Try here. COLORS Add-A-Link I used this chart from PK to help me with the percentage of hue to use. PK's ImageMagick Hues Color Chart Hued the red alpha name by 70 percent (Image above shown at 50 percent of its original size) .................................................... Add More Space with Decorate and Border |
Need more room to composite or annotate on? Here is how Take your image to "Decorate." I use this a lot when I need more space to composite on. If I just took the rose-heart image to Imagemagick and decided to annotate on it but there was no room, then I could take it to "Decorate" and put a "Border" on it of say: 0x100+0+100 Which will give me 100 pixels on top and 100 pixels on the bottom to write on. Then I can "crop" later. Or under "Transform" I could "Trim" then go back to "Decorate" and add a 20x20+20+20 border to it. So it has an even space all around. Works GREAT! |
