I copied one of Freak's Images from his Motion Trails Tutorial 
I then took it to: Dave's Tune Up Kit To Rotate and rotated it -45: 
Then I take it to trim which is inside of the Tune Up Kit: 
Then to Dave's Wave Tool My Parameters were 10x60: 
To me it looks like hair blowing in the wind. A plus using Dave's wave tool is you don't have to deal with cleaning up the background after waving a image. It's smoothly filled in with black by default. |
